Erasmus+ BioEcoN kick-off meeting at HNEE in Eberswalde, January 2018

By designing English-taught course material on Forest- and Bio-Economy, the partner universities address a common need for internationalization. Overcoming disciplinary boundaries generates learning at an inter-institutional level.

BioEcoN’s international and interdisciplinary approach provides an opportunity for the universities to synthesize and integrate their current academic expertise. The universities create international opportunities for teachers and students on a scale that no individual member would be able to achieve operating independently, facilitating staff and student mobility.

Bridging Europe and Vietnam, the project provides an opportunity for the faculty members and students to acquire knowledge and skills in an international learning environment, complimenting their regular curricula.
